1. Reservation

A reservation for Guest House VIEN can be done in one of the following ways:

Online on our site. The reservation is considered successful only after payment of a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay and confirmation on our part.

2. Deposit

A deposit is required as a confirmation of your reservation and is a guarantee of your stay.

The reservation is considered to be guaranteed when a deposit of 40% of the total amount is transferred via one of the payment methods. The deposit must be paid within 3 days after the date of booking. If the deposit is not paid during this time period, the reservation is considered unconfirmed (unless otherwise agreed).

The balance of the amount of your entire reservation is payable on the day of check-in.

If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Upon check-out, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

3. Payment methods

The payment of the deposit can be made in one of the following ways:

4. Change of reservation

If you would like to change the dates of your booking after you have received a confirmation, we will do our best to help you.

5. If the client cancels the reservation or fails to appear

If the client cancels the reservation or fails to appear, the hotel does not return the pre-paid deposit.

6. Checking in and out of the guest house

Guests are accommodated after 14:00. Rooms are vacated until 12:00.

7. Accommodation of pets.

We accept small breeds of pets up to 8 kg.

In no time should you leave pets unattended in any room or common areas, and dogs always have to be kept on a leash in all common areas.
Any interference such as barking or whining must be discontinued in time to ensure the convenience of the other guests.
