1. Reservation<\/h2>\n

A reservation for Guest House VIEN can be done in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n

    Online on our site. The reservation is considered successful only after payment of a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay and confirmation on our part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. Deposit<\/h2>\n

    A deposit is required as a confirmation of your reservation and is a guarantee of your stay.<\/p>\n

    The reservation is considered to be guaranteed when a deposit of 40% of the total amount is transferred via one of the payment methods. The deposit must be paid within 3 days after the date of booking. If the deposit is not paid during this time period, the reservation is considered unconfirmed (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p>\n

    The balance of the amount of your entire reservation is payable on the day of check-in.<\/p>\n

    If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

    Upon check-out, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

    3. Payment methods<\/h2>\n

    The payment of the deposit can be made in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n

      If you would like to change the dates of your booking after you have received a confirmation, we will do our best to help you.<\/p>\n

      5. If the client cancels the reservation or fails to appear<\/h2>\n

      If the client cancels the reservation or fails to appear, the hotel does not return the pre-paid deposit.<\/p>\n

      6. Checking in and out of the guest house<\/h2>\n

      Guests are accommodated after 14:00. Rooms are vacated until 12:00.<\/p>\n

      7. Accommodation of pets.<\/h2>\n

      We accept small breeds of pets up to 8 kg.<\/p>\n

      1. In no time should you leave pets unattended in any room or common areas, and dogs always have to be kept on a leash in all common areas.<\/li>\n
      2. Any interference such as barking or whining must be discontinued in time to ensure the convenience of the other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
